This is Why the ONE-77 Q SERIES is My Favourite Aston Martin!

The Aston Martin One-77 is without a doubt one of the most beautiful cars in the world, but what's it like to drive?! This is one-of-7 Q Series versions, and with a 7.3 litre naturally aspirated V12, it's well known that the gearbox isn't exactly great so let's get a feel for it in the desert outside of Dubai thanks to VIP Motors!

VIP Motors very kindly brought the car out from the showroom for me to have this opportunity. The car in question is a Q Series, one of only 7 out of the full run of just 77 One-77s in total. The Q Series adds a few unique touches with tinted carbon parts and painted accents.

The Aston Martin One-77 had the most powerful NA engine ever at the time of launch with 750hp and 760nm. The bodywork is entirely made from carbon fibre and fits the ultimate proportions for such a car - a front engine hyper-GT. At new they cost £1.15m and with so few in existence it is an incredibly rare machine.

I first experienced driving a One-77 as long as 6 years ago thanks to a private owner but with much more driving experience now under my belt it's time to get a better feel for what it's all about, with an open road to enjoy glorious V12 sound.
